TrialConnect uses search and matching tools to help users find potentially relevant clinical trials. However:

• A search result or match does not mean you meet a trial's eligibility criteria
• We do not assess individual medical suitability for any trial
• We do not guarantee that any user will find a suitable trial through our service

6. Your Use of the Service

You agree to use TrialConnect lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its systems
• Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the service without prior written consent

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
